Inflación en la Canasta del Profesional Ejecutivo en agosto de 2022 | CEA

La inflación en la Canasta del Profesional Ejecutivo (CPE) fue de 6,2% en agosto de 2022. En los últimos doce meses acumula un alza de 75,5% y continúa subiendo mes a mes. En los dos cuatrimestres del año, la variación en la CPE fue de 53,2% lo cual equivale al 89,6% anual.

El costo de la CPE en dólares  aumentó 10,5% contra julio y se ubicó en US$2.726. Con relación a agosto de 2021, la CPE en dólares escaló 6,1%. En 2021 el costo en dólares de la CPE fue en promedio de US$2.500, mientras que, en 2020 el promedio fue US$2.565.

OPINIÓN. Con algunas medidas oficiales, se logró reducir la brecha cambiaria y se destrabó el mercado de cambios. Eso le está permitiendo al BCRA acumular reservas. Pero ahora viene la incidencia en la economía real.

El ministro de Economía dio señales en el plano fiscal y monetario y faltaba una para el frente cambiario. Esencialmente, se quería destrabar el mercado de cambios para incrementar la oferta de divisas y que esto habilite al BCRA acumular reservas netas en el corto plazo.

Pamela Morales Jourdan

Pamela Morales Jourdan is a third-year student of the Bachelor of Economics at CEMA University. She works for the Fundación Libertad, in the communication department. There she also participated as a research assistant in the SEL Observatory, a project carried out during 2020 to monitor the evolution of the pandemic in the Argentina's provinces, but also measuring the degree of respect for freedom and the economic indicators.

Franco Marconi

BA in Political Sciences student at UCEMA, where he is an scholarship recipient. He has great interest in International Relations, Economy, History, and Philosophy. Has a fluent command of English, with IGCSE and First Certificate diplomas. He has published a series of articles for the Liberty Club, and took part in many of its contests. He has also written several essays on Argentine History, recent events in Latin America, and future outlooks. He is currently a manager at The Levellers Political Science Club at UCEMA.

Augusto Mamone

Third-year student of the Bachelor of Economics at Universidad del Cema. Scholarship granted by Santader (2020) and UCEMA (2019-2021) in the concept of academic performance. Courses received in stock market (University of Buenos Aires,2018) and data analysis (Bond University, 2020). International Certificate of education with merit (Cambridge, 2017).

Miriam Malament

Miriam Malament is currently in the third year of her Economics degree in the University of CEMA with an outstanding academic performance for which she has been awarded an honorary scholarship in the University since 2019. Having been educated in both, Australia and Argentina, she has finished her secondary school in the Colegio Nacional de Buenos Aires, where she was among the highest grades of her graduating class. She is a native Spanish and English speaker, having passed the Proficiency exam of the University of Cambridge.

Agustín García de Abreau

Agustin Garcia De Abreau its student political science in UCEMA. He has published articles on current affairs in different media outlets. He is orienting his studies in Political Science towards Data Analysis, using tools such as SQL or Power BI to model variables. In his free time, Agustín studies languages, and is a discussion moderator on international topics at Federalismo y Libertad Foundation. His main interest is law, so he will continue his studies with a degree in Law to combine both sciences.
