Second edition of the Freedom Forum
On November 10, the second session of the UCEMA Freedom Forum will be held, a virtual space designed for rotating groups of intellectuals to debate on diverse and transcendental issues, escaping from the classic juncture debate that prevents long-term thinking. The meeting will take place with the title of "Los Límites Morales a la Libertad" (Moral Limits to Freedom)

In this new edition of the Naumann Chair UCEMA, the guest will be the jurist Birgit Daiber who will present the fundamental aspects of the European Convention of Human Rights and the implications this instrument has for the quality of democracy, the protection of rights and the concrete exercise of freedoms.
